Direct Online includes:
Current feed detail, planned coverage and an interactive message board, giving you a direct line of communication with Direct's Content Managers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you have a 'my Account'?
If not, you will need to create a 'my Account' to gain access to 'Direct Online'.
Click on 'Register' below to create a 'my Account'.
Once you have received confirmation, via email, that your registration is now active, please login via 'my Account' and then click on the highlighted 'Direct Online' button.
Update your 'my Account'
If you already have a 'my Account' and you now want to gain access to 'Direct Online', login to 'my Account' and select 'Update Account' to include this service in your registration.
Once you have received confirmation, via email, that your registration has been updated, please login via 'my Account' and then click on the highlighted 'Direct Online' button.
Desktop News Ticker
Remember to enable popups - otherwise the 'Direct Online' window will not launch.
Once your 'my Account' is active or updated, you can now download the Desktop Ticker, which is available to all Direct Online clients.
The Desktop Ticker automatically updates content information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Imminent changes and announcements from the Direct desk are also communicated via the Desktop Ticker.
