Click on 'Click here for Live Help' once you have launched the 'Live Help' window to talk directly to our London Newsroom.
Do you have a 'my Account'?
If not, you will need to create a 'my Account' to gain access to 'Live Help'.
Click on 'Register' below to create a 'my Account'.
Once you have received confirmation, via email, that your registration is now active, please login via 'my Account' and then click on the highlighted 'Live Help' button.
Update your 'my Account'
If you already have a 'my Account' and you now want to gain access to 'Live Help', login to 'my Account' and select 'Update Account' to include this service in your registration.
Once you have received confirmation, via email, that your registration has been updated, please login via 'my Account' and then click on the highlighted 'Live Help' button.
Remember to enable popups - otherwise the 'Live Help' window will not launch.
Once your 'my Account' is active or updated, you can now download the Desktop Ticker, which is available to all News clients.
You can launch Live Help from the Desktop Ticker, should you have any coverage requests, editorial enquiries, script or video clarification, refeeds, restrictions or general feedback.
